These terms outline the guidelines, responsibilities, and conditions associated with using our website and dental care services.
Dental Crowns
Warranty: 3–10 years depending on crown type. Covers crown dislodgement, chipping, and manufacturing defects. Excludes damage to the underlying tooth, gum disease, trauma, or crown loss. Regular check-ups are required.
Dental Implants
Warranty: Up to 10 years on implant fixtures under normal conditions. Covers manufacturing defects in implant components. Excludes failures caused by smoking, poor oral hygiene, trauma, bone loss, or medical conditions affecting healing.
Dental Veneers
Warranty: Up to 3 years against manufacturing defects. Covers veneer debonding under normal use. Excludes fractures caused by teeth grinding, hard foods, trauma, or misuse. Proper care and maintenance are essential.
Tooth Jewellery
Warranty: 6 months for bonding defects only. Covers detachment caused by adhesive failure. Excludes loss of jewellery, accidental damage, trauma, or removal by the patient. Replacement charges may apply.
Root Canal Treatment (RCT)
Treatment success is monitored for up to 1 year. Covers treatment-related concerns requiring clinical review. Does not guarantee lifetime success and excludes reinfection, tooth fractures, or delays in crown placement.
Implant Prosthesis
Warranty: 3–5 years depending on prosthesis type. Covers manufacturing defects and prosthetic screw issues. Excludes damage caused by excessive force, poor maintenance, trauma, or implant-related complications.
Braces Treatment
Typical treatment duration ranges from 12–24 months. Results depend on patient cooperation and appointment compliance. Appliance breakage, poor oral hygiene, or missed visits may affect treatment outcomes.
Clear Aligners
Typical treatment duration ranges from 6–18 months. Aligners must be worn 20–22 hours daily for optimal results. Lost aligners, poor compliance, or missed reviews may require additional charges.
Dental Bridges
Warranty: Up to 5 years against manufacturing defects. Covers bridge debonding under normal use. Excludes decay, gum disease, trauma, excessive biting forces, or inadequate oral hygiene maintenance.
Dental Fillings
Warranty: Up to 1 year for material failure under normal conditions. Covers filling dislodgement due to material defects. Excludes recurrent decay, tooth fractures, grinding habits, or accidental trauma.
