Root Canal Treatment

Re-treatment may be considered within 6 months of the original treatment.

1. 01.Valid if the treatment fails or the outcome is clinically unsatisfactory.
2. 02.Requires attendance at all scheduled follow-up appointments.
3. 03.Requires compliance with all post-treatment instructions.
4. 04.The tooth must not have been treated at another dental clinic.
5. 05.Excludes damage due to trauma, fracture, decay, or new infection.
6. 06.If a more advanced procedure is required, the cost difference may apply.

Dental Implants

Implant re-treatment may be considered within 1 year after completion of treatment.

1. 01.All implant stages must be completed within the recommended timeline.
2. 02.Requires strict compliance with post-operative and oral hygiene instructions.
3. 03.Recommended Vitamin D and calcium levels must be maintained.
4. 04.Smoking and tobacco use must be avoided.
5. 05.Diabetic or hypertensive patients must attend all advised follow-up visits.
6. 06.Excludes treatment delays caused by the patient, trauma, or poor bone health.
7. 07.Additional procedures required during re-treatment may incur extra charges.

Dental Crowns

Cementation-related issues may be considered under the re-treatment policy.

1. 01.Covers crown debonding (cementation failure) within the warranty period.
2. 02.Patient must attend all recommended follow-up visits.
3. 03.The crown must not be modified or treated at another clinic.
4. 04.Excludes tooth pain, natural tooth fractures, or root canal failure beneath the crown.
5. 05.Excludes damage caused by trauma or accidental injury.
6. 06.Laboratory warranty applies only to eligible manufacturing defects.

Dental Veneers

Treatment-related veneer issues may be considered within 6 months.

1. 01.Covers veneer debonding due to cementation failure.
2. 02.Requires attendance at all follow-up appointments.
3. 03.Requires compliance with post-treatment instructions.
4. 04.No treatment must have been performed on the tooth elsewhere.
5. 05.Excludes damage from biting hard objects, trauma, accidental fractures, new decay, or gum disease.

Dental Fillings

Filling replacement may be considered for treatment-related failure.

1. 01.Covers fillings that become dislodged due to treatment-related causes.
2. 02.Patient must comply with all oral hygiene instructions.
3. 03.Recommended follow-up visits must be attended.
4. 04.Excludes new decay around the filling, tooth fractures, or damage from excessive biting forces and trauma.

Clear Aligners

Covered under the orthodontic re-treatment policy.

1. 01.Treatment must be completed exactly as prescribed.
2. 02.Aligners and retainers must be worn strictly as instructed.
3. 03.All scheduled appointments must be attended.
4. 04.Excludes cases where treatment is discontinued midway, retainers are neglected, or aligners are lost/damaged by the patient.

Orthodontic Braces

Orthodontic re-treatment may be considered.

1. 01.Treatment must be successfully completed, following all orthodontist instructions.
2. 02.Retainers must be worn consistently as prescribed.
3. 03.All scheduled appointments must be attended.
4. 04.Excludes issues arising from poor oral hygiene, failure to wear retainers, or missed appointments that impact the outcome.

Dental Bridges

Bridge-related issues are evaluated clinically depending on the nature of the problem.

1. 01.Manufacturing or cementation-related issues will be clinically evaluated.
2. 02.Patient must attend all scheduled follow-up appointments.
3. 03.Excludes natural tooth fractures, root canal failure of supporting teeth, or damage from trauma and accidents.

Dentures

Adjustments for comfort may be provided after delivery as advised by the dentist.

1. 01.Dentures must be used strictly according to care and usage instructions.
2. 02.Patient must attend scheduled adjustment appointments.
3. 03.Excludes breakage from accidental dropping, loss of the denture, or changes in fit due to natural bone resorption over time.

Dental Splints

Manufacturing defects may be evaluated after clinical examination.

1. 01.Splint must be used exactly according to instructions.
2. 02.Regular review appointments must be attended.
3. 03.Excludes loss, accidental damage, misuse, or chewing hard objects while wearing the splint.

Immediate Implantology

Covered under the Dental Implant re-treatment policy.

1. 01.All implant treatment stages must be fully completed.
2. 02.Post-operative instructions and follow-up visits must be strictly adhered to.
3. 03.Excludes issues caused by smoking, tobacco use, poor oral hygiene, or patient-side delays in completing treatment.

Tooth Jewellery

Bonding-related issues may be considered.

1. 01.Covers instances where jewellery debonds due to bonding failure.
2. 02.Patient must follow all aftercare instructions.
3. 03.No external treatment must have been performed on the tooth.
4. 04.Excludes intentional removal, loss of the jewellery, or damage from trauma and biting hard foods.
